Account notifications
You may receive notifications:
- in the control panel, they are displayed in the top right corner of the page in the menu . They are received by all users. Notifications are categorized, the available categories depend on the user's role;
- to email if you have been subscribed to them by the Account Owner or a user with the role of
iam_admin
. Email notifications are divided into categories to which you can subscribe different recipients; - on Telegram if you're already subscribed to certain categories of email notifications.

Account owner
Users
Subscriber
The account owner receives notifications of all categories:
- Accounting documents;
- Balance Sheet and Payments;
- Scheduled work;
- Services and Facilities;
- An account and a contract.
Users with dashboard access receive notifications based on their role and access area.
Only category email notifications are available to the subscriber:
- Balance Sheet and Payments;
- Accounting documents.
Notifications in the control panel
You cannot disable such notifications or control which notification categories are seen by users with a specific role, but you can change user roles and their access areas.
The visibility of notifications in the dashboard depends on the user's access area (account or project) and role.
Notifications to mail
You can set up notifications to your mail (email notifications):
- infrastructure and balance status. Additionally, you can configure the threshold amount and frequency of balance notifications and automatic billing;
- changes to the tickets;
- notifications that come in the control panel.

.Mail notifications can be available to a specific group of recipients from those who are subscribed to them.
You can see which notification categories you are subscribed to in the dashboard: from the top menu, tap Account → Notification Settings.
If you're signed up for email notifications, you can connect them to yourself on Telegram.
Recipients of mail notifications
Receive email notifications can:
- Account owner — receives all notifications and cannot turn them off;
- users — receive notifications of the categories to which they have been subscribed. The available categories depend on the role;
- Subscribers — receive notifications of the Accounting Documents and Balance and Payments categories to which they have been subscribed. They do not have a user account and access to the control panel Only the Account Owner and users with the following role can manage subscribers and their notifications
iam_admin
.
Availability of notifications to mail
If a recipient is subscribed to a notification category, the availability of a particular notification depends on which recipients it is intended for.
The notification can be intended for one of the recipient groups:

to all notification recipients:
- To the account holder;
- users regardless of role and access area;
- to the subscribers;

to the recipients of account notifications:
- To the account holder;
- users with
member
roles in the Account andbilling
access areas; - to the subscribers;

to the recipients of project notifications:

roles in the Project access area and the selected project; - account notification recipients — they receive notifications of all projects.

Subscribe to a notification category
The Account Owner and users with the role of iam_admin
.
You can subscribe a user or an existing subscriber to notifications. To subscribe a subscriber to notifications for the first time, add the subscriber.
- In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
- Go to Notification Recipients.
- Select to display the By Recipient list.
- Expand the block with notification settings for the required user.
- In the row of the desired notification category, activate the toggle switch. Consider the availability of notifications to different recipients.
Unsubscribe from the notification category
The Account Owner and users with the role of iam_admin
.
You can unsubscribe a user or subscriber from a notification category.You cannot unsubscribe an account owner from notifications.
- In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
- Go to Notification Recipients.
- Select to display the By Recipient list.
- Expand the block with notification settings for the desired recipient.
- In the row of the desired notification category, turn off the toggle switch.
Manage subscribers
Subscribers can be managed by the Account Owner and users with the role of iam_admin
.
You can add a subscriber and they will be subscribed to the notification categories you select when adding them.You can unsubscribe an existing subscriber from a notification category or subscribe them to another.You can delete a subscriber.
Add a subscriber
- In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
- Go to Notification Recipients.
- Click Add Subscriber.
- Enter the email address of the subscriber.
- Check the categories of notifications that the subscriber will receive.
- Click Add. The subscriber will be added to the list of notification recipients with the Subscriber tag.
Delete subscriber
- In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
- Go to Notification Recipients.
- Select to display the By Recipient list.
- In the row with the desired subscriber, click .
- Enter the email of the subscriber.
- Click Delete.
Notifications in Telegram
Telegram notifications are not available to subscribers.
If you're subscribed to email notifications, you can turn on and off Telegram notifications yourself.
Connect notifications in Telegram
- Authorize on Telegram.
- In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
- Go to Notification Settings.
- In the Telegram block, click Connect.
- Scan the QR code or follow the link on Telegram.

- In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
- Go to Notification Settings.
- In the Telegram block, click Disable.
