Delete account
Only the Account Owner can submit a request to delete an account.

Before submitting a request:
- refuse active services;
- settle any outstanding balance;
- request a refund of unused funds;
- delete your bank card.

In the control panel, open the menu in the upper right corner (your account number) and select Profile.

Go to the Security and Login section.

In the Account deletion block, click Request deletion.

Select your reason for deleting the account — you can choose from one to three reasons.

If you selected Other, please leave a comment. Comments are not required when selecting other reasons.

Click Create ticket. After your request is reviewed, we will delete the account.
