Balance status notifications
Notifications can only be configured for main funds of a balance. They are sent even if this balance has bonuses.
Notifications can be enabled:
- automatically upon the first charge for cloud services (Cloud Platform, S3, CDN, VMware-based cloud) for the balance from which the charge was made . You can modify the automatically enabled notification;
- manually.
To allow control panel users to receive balance notifications by email, allow the category Balance and payments for them.
If you prefer to receive notifications in a messenger, you can connect Telegram to your account.
When enabling notifications, keep in mind that when topping up the balance from a bank account, payment processing by the bank may be delayed. There must be enough funds on the balance for services to run while the payment is processed. If the funds take a long time to arrive, speed up the top-up: create a ticket and attach a payment order with the bank's execution mark.
How it works
When enabling a notification, a threshold amount and notification frequency are set for it. When main balance funds fall below the threshold amount, you will start receiving email notifications. Notifications will arrive at the specified frequency, for example, every three hours.
When a notification is enabled automatically:
- threshold amount — the amount for seven days of service operation, calculated based on your current consumption. If consumption increases sharply, the funds on the balance may run out sooner;
- notification frequency — every hour.
When changing an automatically enabled notification or enabling a notification manually, you specify the threshold amount and notification frequency yourself.
