Electronic documents can only be exchanged with us from a business account.

Electronic Document Management (EDM) is the exchange of electronic documents via an EDM operator. Electronic documents are files signed with an electronic signature. In accordance with Clause 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ, "Information in electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature (QES) is recognized as an electronic document equivalent to a paper-based document signed with a handwritten signature." A file without a signature is not considered an electronic document.

Using EDM, we can send formalized documents, such as accounting reports, as well as non-formalized ones, for example, a reorganization document.

EDM allows you to:

• reduce the time spent on document-related tasks (receiving, sending, signing);
• automatically upload documents to your accounting system;
• track documents online around the clock;
• submit documents to regulatory authorities in electronic format.

Cost

Receiving documents is free. You only pay for sending them; the cost depends on your EDM operator's tariff plan. Additionally, there may be roaming between different EDM operators.

We use the Diadoc system (operator PJSC "PF "SKB Kontur"); information about roaming with our operator is available on the Diadoc website.

Start using EDM with Selectel

You can change your document delivery method an unlimited number of times throughout the entire term of the User Agreement (contract). No formal transition procedure for a new delivery method is required.

Already connected to an EDM operator

1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Billing.
2. Go to the Reporting Documents section.
3. In the Settings block, click Change settings.
4. Select the delivery method — Electronic Document Management.
5. Select an operator from the list. If the required operator is not in the list, select Other operator and enter the operator's name.
6. Click Save changes.
7. A ticket will be created automatically. We will contact you in this ticket to verify the data and arrange EDM-based interaction.

Not yet connected to an EDM operator

1. Connect to an EDM operator and purchase an electronic signature from them. A list of EDM operators can be found on the FTS website.
2. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Billing.
3. Go to the Reporting Documents section.
4. In the Settings block, click Change settings.
5. Select the delivery method — Electronic Document Management.
6. Select an operator from the list. If the required operator is not in the list, select Other operator and enter the operator's name.
7. Click Save changes.
8. A ticket will be created automatically. We will contact you in this ticket to verify the data and arrange EDM-based interaction.
