Restore account access
If you have trouble accessing your account, you can restore access:
- if you are the Account Owner, you can reset your password or request to change your email address and disable two-step authentication;
- If you are not the Account Owner, you can only reset your password yourself. In case of problems with e-mail and two-step authentication, contact the Account Owner — he/she should remove you from the list of users and add a new user with correct data.
Reset password
A password can be reset by a user with any role.
If you have lost access to the email address you used when you registered, request a change of email address.

On the Control Panel login page, click Forgot Password?

Enter the account number. You can look it up:
- in the purpose of payment of the payment order;
- acts of work performed;
- notifications

Enter the email address you used to register.

Click Reset Password.

We will send an email to the email address provided.

In the e-mail, click Reset Password. The password reset is active for one hour. The password reset link can be accessed once.

On the password reset page, enter a new password and confirm it.

Click Change Password.

We will send a password reset notification email to the email address you used to register. The notification does not contain a password.

If you have two-step authentication enabled, enter the code.
Request a change of e-mail address
If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner — they should remove you from the list of users and add a new user with the correct details.
If you are an Account Owner and you do not have access to the control panel using your old email address, you can change your email address.If you do have access to the control panel, use the Change Email Address section of the Security instructions to change your email address.

Natural person or individual entrepreneur

Prepare the paperwork:
- template statement;
- TIN/VAT of the organization;
- a document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for restoration of access (for the General Director — a copy of the order or decision on appointment, for other persons — a power of attorney).

Submit the prepared documents. If you have previously defined a submission method in the control panel, you can use only that method. If you did not define a submission method, you can submit the documents:

; - via EDI — only for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Russian Federation and government agencies;
- in person at the company office.

We may request additional documents to enhance the security of the account access restoration procedure.

. - We will send you questions about your account and your account activity.
- Answer the questions in as much detail as possible.
- If you gave more than 80% correct answers, we will change your email address.
Disable two-step authentication if there is no access to the control panel
If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner — they should remove you from the list of users and add a new user with the correct details.
If you are the Account Owner, two-step authentication can be disabled.
