Restore account access

If you have trouble accessing your account, you can restore access:

Change password

The password can be changed by a user with any role.

If you have lost access to the email account you used when you signed up, change your e-mail address.

  1. On the login page of the control panel click Forgot your password?.

  2. Enter the account number. You can look it up:

    • in the purpose of payment of the payment order;
    • acts of work performed;
    • notices no-reply@selectel.ru.
  3. Enter the email address you used to register.

  4. Click Reset password.

  5. We will send an email to the email address provided.

  6. In the email, click Reset password. The password reset is active for one hour. The password reset link can be accessed once.

  7. On the password reset page, enter a new password and confirm it.

  8. Click Change password.

  9. We will send a password reset notification email to the email address you used to register. The notification does not contain a password.

  10. If you have two-step authentication enabled, enter the code.

Change e-mail address

If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner — they should unlist you and add a new user with the correct data.

If you are the Account Owner, you can change your email address.

  1. Prepare the paperwork:

    • statement on template;
    • TIN/VAT of the organization;
    • a document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for restoration of access (for the General Director — a copy of the order or decision on appointment, for other persons — a power of attorney).
  2. Provide the documents you have prepared. If you have previously Determined the method of filing in the control panel, then you can only use it. If you did not define a submission method, you can submit documents:

    • by e-mail payment@selectel.ru;
    • through EDO — only for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Russian Federation and state institutions;
    • personally in company office.
  3. We may request additional documents to enhance the security of the account access restoration procedure.

Disable two-step authentication if there is no access to the control panel

If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner — they should unlist you and add a new user with the correct data.

If you are the Account Owner, two-step authentication can be disabled.

  1. Prepare the paperwork:

    • statement on template;
    • TIN/VAT of the organization;
    • a document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for restoration of access (for the General Director — a copy of the order or decision on appointment, for other persons — a power of attorney).
  2. Send the documents to the e-mail payment@selectel.ru.

  3. If there are any questions, we will request additional documents.
