Use of services by an organization in liquidation

Last update:

If according to the data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities your organization has been liquidated or the status of a sole proprietorship has been lost, we will not be able to provide you with services.

When we find out that an organization has been dissolved, we will write it in the ticket. You will be able to transfer the services to the account of the current organization and get the unused funds back from the account balance.

If you do not respond within one week via ticket or other communication channels and we do not receive information about a successor, the User Agreement will be terminated and you will not be able to continue using the services. The account will then be terminated along with the services.

If the organization has a successor

If the organization has a successor, we will make changes to the account and you will continue to use your current account - we will only notify you of the change in the user agreement. This is possible if the conditions are met:

  • for liquidated legal entities: availability of a confirmed legal successor indicated in the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
  • upon loss of individual entrepreneur status: the legal successor is an individual previously registered as an individual entrepreneur.
