Refund

If the account has service-specific balances, then before submitting a refund request, transfer all primary funds to the main balance.

Refund unused money upon contract termination

You can refund the remaining primary funds on the account balance. The refund is processed within five business days. If the bank requests additional information or documents confirming the payment, we will contact you via a ticket. In this case, the refund period will be extended.

The amount of primary funds on the balance may not match the amount in the reconciliation report. The difference arises due to funds that have already been debited for services, but are not yet covered by accounting documents, because the paid service period does not match the calendar month. In the reconciliation report, these funds will be indicated as debt, but in fact they have already been spent on services.

When refunding money deposited via a bank card, we may additionally request a copy of your bank statement for that card.

For a partial refund or cancellation of an entire payment, create a ticket and attach:

Refund a bank card payment

A card payment refund can be made no later than six months from the payment date. The card used to make the payment must be valid at the time of the refund. If the card is no longer valid, the refund must be processed according to the refund procedure.

The time it takes for money to be credited to your card depends on the issuing bank.

Refunds are only available for accounts registered to individuals.

For a partial refund or cancellation of an entire payment to a card, create a ticket and specify:

  • the payment system used for the payment;
  • the refund amount;
  • the transaction number and date (the number is specified in the email sent from no-reply@ypmn.ru at the time of payment).

Transfer money to third parties

Money cannot be refunded to third parties. Funds are only refunded to the Account Owner (the person with whom the contract is signed).

Exceptions include cases of reorganization or liquidation of a legal entity, where the rights and obligations of the Account Owner may be transferred to third parties by operation of law or based on legally significant documents.
