Balance
Depending on the type of balances in the account, a single balance or a primary balance is used for payment.
You can pay for the firewall with different types of funds: basic funds and Selectel compensation bonuses.

Payment Model
Virtual firewalls are paid monthly according to the tariff plan, which determines the payment amount. The payment day is set when the firewall image is transmitted in the ticket, and the first paid month starts together with it.
When you rent a virtual firewall, you pay extra for the cloud resources that the screen uses - for example, vCPU, RAM, public IP addresses, external traffic.
Payment for the cloud resources on which the firewall is deployed is not included in the cost of the firewall plan. Funds are debited every hour on a pay-as-you-go pricing model:
The date of the last payment and the amount of the monthly payment can be viewed in the control panel: click Billing → Services in the top menu.
When the paid month ends, the firewall is automatically extended for another month. If you no longer need the firewall, cancel the firewall.
Blocking of resources if there is not enough money on the balance
If the balance is insufficient to pay for cloud resources, the resources are blocked and the firewall stops working. If the balance is not replenished within 14 days, the cloud server on which the firewall is deployed will be deleted without recovery.
If there are not enough funds on your balance at the time of debiting to pay for the tariff in full, the firewall will continue to work. We will send a ticket reminding you to replenish the balance.
If the money takes a long time or there is no possibility to replenish the balance, legal entities can apply for a deferred replenishment of up to five days.
