Postpone balance replenishment

Only legal entities that have topped up their balance at least once can postpone balance replenishment.

If you have deferred the balance replenishment, funds will be credited to the balance via a letter of guarantee. In effect, you will top up the balance later.

Individuals and legal entities can also postpone payment for certain products.

You can request up to five days of deferment, during which you need to top up your balance.

  1. Create a ticket and attach a guarantee letter with your organization's seal to the ticket.
  2. Wait for a Selectel employee to confirm that the funds have been credited to your balance as an advance payment.
