Change administrator data
If the domain administrator's data has changed, it must be updated in the control panel:
- for individuals and sole proprietors — email, phone number, full name, passport or registration data, place of residence;
- for legal entities — email, phone number, name of the organization, postal and legal address, TIN.
If you migrated your domain to Selectel, you will be able to redact your admin information 30 days after the domain status changes to ACTIVE

Change email and phone number

In the Control Panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Domains.

Open the Active Domains tab.

Open the domain page → Owner Contacts tab.

To change the email:
4.1 In the Email row, click .
4.2 Enter a new email.
4.3 Click .
4.4 We will send an email with a confirmation link to your new email.In the email, follow the link to confirm your new email.

To change your cell phone:
5.1 In the Phone line, click .
5.2 Enter a new phone number.
5.3 Click .
5.4 We will send an SMS with a confirmation link to your new phone.In the SMS, follow the link to confirm your new phone.
Change other data
- Create a ticket In the ticket specify the necessary changes and attach scans of supporting documents.
- We will verify the changes and send a change request to the domain name registry.After verification, the new data will be displayed in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Domains → domain page → Owner Contacts tab.
