View domain status

  1. In the Control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Domains.

  2. In the domain row, in the Status column, check its status.

    ACTIVEThe domain is registered and available for use
    CHANGE CONTACTAn administrator change is in progress: the domain is being transferred from you to another account or from another account to yours
    TRANSFER INThe domain is being transferred from another registrar to Selectel
    TRANSFER OUTThe domain is being transferred from Selectel to another registrar
    FAILED PAYMENTAutomatic payment for domain renewal failed due to insufficient funds on the balance. Top up the balance and renew the domain manually
    DELETINGThe domain is being deleted
    Update dataCheck and update administrator details
