Extend domain

Last update:

Auto-renewal is enabled by default for each registered domain. A domain in .ru and .rf zones is registered for one year and renewed at the end of the registration period. Payment for the next year is deducted automatically 60 days before the end of the registration period. There must be sufficient funds on the balance for this purpose.

You can disable auto-renewal and renew your domain manually. We will remind you that the domain needs to be renewed — we will send an email to the domain administrator's email address:

  • 60 days prior to the end of the enrollment period;
  • 30 days prior to the end of the enrollment period;
  • on the day of the end of the enrollment period;
  • 10 days after the end of the enrollment period;
  • 25 days after the end of the enrollment period.

If you have disabled auto-renewal, you can turn it back on at any time.

If there are insufficient funds on the balance, the domain goes to the status FAILED PAYMENT. You can renew the domain manually while the registration period and the priority renewal period lasts . At the end of the preferential renewal period, the administrator data will be cleared and the domain name will no longer point to the IP addresses bound to it. The domain will be deleted from the control panel.
