Order a dedicated server repeatedly

If you already have a server of a ready-made or custom configuration, you can reorder the same server. Re-ordering a server is available to the Account Owner and a user with the member role.

  1. In the Control Panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Dedicated Servers.

  2. Select a project.

  3. In the Servers section, open the server page → from the menu, select Reorder Server.

  4. On the Checkout tab, check the configuration of the dedicated server.

  5. Check the region and pool where your server will be hosted. If necessary, change the region and pool. You cannot change the region and pool after placing an order.

  6. Select the operating system to automatically install on the server. To select:

  7. Optional: If you have chosen a Linux-based OS, configure the operating system configuration:

    • partition the disks;
    • assign the system disk on which the OS will be installed;
    • configure software RAID.
  8. Optional: To securely connect to the server using the encrypted SSH protocol, select a previously downloaded and hosted SSH key or add a new one. For more information, see Create and host an SSH key on a dedicated server.

  9. Optional: If you have a Linux-based OS and have not added HBAs and RAID controllers to the server configuration, the User data field will be available. To automate server configuration, specify server configuration parameters in cloud-config or bash script format. For more information, see the User data examples subsection.

  10. Choose a traffic consumption model.

  11. Select a rate plan.

  12. Specify the required number of servers. If the required quantity is out of stock, click Check In and create a ticket.

  13. Optional: Configure IP addresses. If you selected the OS for auto-installation in step 6, the network interface on the server will be configured automatically with the configured IP addresses.

    13.2 Configure the private network. An IP address from the private subnet can be assigned to the local port of a preconfigured server with a single 1 Gbps NIC if a private VLAN is already allocated in the pool and a Linux-based OS is selected for auto-installation.

    To assign a private IP address, select Assign IP address from private subnet:

    • If you have not already added a private subnet in the control panel, click Create Private Subnet, enter a CIDR from the default range, click Create, and enter the IP address;

    • If you have already added a private subnet in Control Panel, select the subnet and enter the IP address.

  14. Optional: on the Additional Services tab, see the list of additional services. You can order additional services after server delivery.

  15. Confirm that you agree to the payment terms.

  16. Click Pay Now.

  17. Read the order information and click Pay. When the server is ready for delivery, you will receive an e-mail notification and you will be able to connect to it . From the moment the server is handed over, the paid period starts . Server password will be available for viewing 24 hours from the moment of server delivery. If you forget the password, you can reset and restore it. After ordering you can only upgrade components - disks, memory, GPU.
