Additional services

Additional services with a one-time fee and payment according to the server tariff plan can be ordered only after delivery of the dedicated server. The service list may vary depending on the selected configuration.

You can order:

additional services billed according to the server tariff plan;

additional services with their own billing period;
additional services with a one-time fee.
For daily server rentals, you can only order additional services with their own billing period.

Additional services billed according to the server tariff plan

Tied to the dedicated server's tariff plan and billed together with it. You can view connected services in the control panel in the menu Products → Dedicated Servers → Servers → server page → Services.

Licensing and software rental

You can order: 1C licenses, control panels, or access to install Astra Linux OS. Services are provided for a specific dedicated server. Order services in the control panel on the server page → Services tab → Available services block. The maximum license activation time is up to two business days	Increasing the guaranteed bandwidth/traffic limit
Increases the bandwidth limit (in 10 Mbps increments) or traffic limit (in 3 TB increments). The limit is determined by the consumption model selected when ordering the server	Redundant connection (MC-LAG)
A service for servers in configurations that include a network card with redundancy and MC-LAG. Increases the reliability of the server's internet connection. Billed according to the tariff plan selected when ordering the service. You can view connected services in the control panel in the menu Products → Dedicated Servers → Network → Services.

Billed only at the time of service activation. They do not appear in the connected services list on the server page in the control panel.

One-time payment for exceeding bandwidth/traffic limits

Hardware IP-KVM connection for 3 hours. To order the service in the control panel, open the server page → Services tab → Available services block. Temporary IP-KVM connection for Chipcore Line servers

Hardware IP-KVM connection for 3 hours. To order the service in the control panel, open the server page → Services tab → Available services block. You cannot connect a hardware IP-KVM to servers that already have a KVM console

Pay for additional services

You can check the cost of additional services on selectel.ru or in the control panel in the menu Products → Dedicated Servers → Servers → server page → Services.

Additional services are paid from the main or bonus balance.

Depending on the service type, it is billed:

on the day of the next dedicated server payment — services billed according to the server tariff plan;

on the day of the next service payment — services with their own billing period;
as a one-time payment — services with a one-time fee.
Pay for a service billed according to the server tariff plan

Services billed according to the tariff plan are linked to the dedicated server tariff plan and are renewed and billed automatically along with it.

For example, if an additional service is activated in the middle of the month (September 15), and the payment day for the dedicated server is at the end of the month (September 30). On the dedicated server payment day, the cost for a month of service usage will be deducted from your main balance, after which a recalculation will be performed and the overpayment will be returned to your main balance.

Services will continue to be billed until the dedicated server is terminated, even if there are insufficient funds on the balance. To stop charges, disable the service.

Pay for a service with its own billing period

When ordering a service with its own billing period, you must select a tariff plan for it. The tariff plan determines the duration of the paid period and the payment amount. The first billing period starts on the day the service is activated.

Actions performed on the dedicated server do not affect service status. To stop charges, disable the service.

Pay for a service with a one-time fee

Services with a one-time fee are paid at the time of connection and are not automatically renewed.
