Manage the web server of the 1C server cluster

Web server is used to publish information bases and allows you to work with 1C through the web client.In the ready-made cloud 1C web server Apache is used, for its work in the cluster of 1C servers resources are reserved:

  • 10% of the CPU, but no more than 1 CPU,
  • 10% RAM, but no more than 4 GB.

By default, the web server is enabled and web publications are accessible via the Internet. You can turn off the web server, control access to web publications from the Internet, and configure IP whitelisting.

To manage the information base's web publishing settings, use the Change Web Publishing Settings instructions.

Enable or disable the web server

When the web server is turned on and off, the 1C server cluster will be restarted and connections for all information bases of the 1C server cluster will be disconnected.

We recommend scheduling the work during times of minimal cluster utilization and using session locking for linked information bases.

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud.
  2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
  3. Open the 1C Server Cluster page → Administration tab.
  4. Turn the Web Server toggle switch on or off.
  5. Click Save.

Manage access to web publications from the Internet

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud.
  2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
  3. Open the 1C server cluster page.
  4. Open the Administration tab.
  5. If the web publications are to be accessible from the Internet, turn on the Access from the Internet to Web Publications toggle switch.
  6. If web publications should be accessible only from the private network, turn off the Access from the Internet to Web Publications toggle switch. To set up connection from the private network, use the Set up connection to 1C instructions.
  7. Click Save.

Configure a list of white IP addresses

If the IP address list is empty, the web publication will be accessible from any IP address.

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud.
  2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
  3. Open the 1C server cluster page.
  4. Open the Administration tab.
  5. In the IP Whitelist for Web Publishing Access row, click Edit.
  6. To add IP addresses to the list, click Add IP and enter the IP address for which the connection to the cluster will be available.
  7. To remove IP addresses from the list, in the IP address row, click .
  8. Click Edit.
  9. Click Save.
