Activate 1C license

You can rent Selectel licenses or activate your own licenses. Selectel licenses are activated automatically after ordering. One 1C server cluster requires one server license and at least one user license.

To activate your own server or user licenses, you can enter the license registration details or use the activation command.

If you are reactivating a license, the data must exactly match what you entered during the first activation. If you are activating a license for the first time, save the data you enter during activation, for example, by taking a screenshot.

Temporary, free, and Server MINI licenses are not supported.

Rent licenses

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud
  2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
  3. Open the cluster page → Licenses tab.
  4. In the 1C Licenses block, open the Licenses tab.
  5. Select Selectel.
  6. Click Rent licenses.
  7. Specify the number of user licenses.
  8. Optional: select the Server license checkbox if the cluster does not have a server license.
  9. Select the license edition.
  10. Check the license price.
  11. Click Create. The licenses will be activated automatically.

Activate your own licenses

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud.
  2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
  3. Open the cluster page → Licenses tab.
  4. In the 1C Licenses section, open the Licenses tab.
  5. Select My Licenses.
  6. Click Activate License.
  7. Select the activation method — Registration details.
  8. Select the owner type — company or individual.
  9. If you selected Company as the owner type, enter the organization name.
  10. Enter the license owner's full name — for example, the company employee responsible for 1C.
  11. Enter the email address where the PIN code will be activated. You can use this email to receive details about the license owner and PIN code status, as well as to obtain reserve PIN codes.
  12. Provide a mailing address for paper correspondence.
  13. Enter the package number (license registration number).
  14. Enter the PIN code. If you have already activated this license, use the next PIN code from the package.
  15. If you are using the next PIN code from the package, enter the previous PIN code — the one used during the last activation. If this is the first time you are activating the license, leave the field blank.
  16. Click Activate.

Cancel a Selectel license

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Managed 1C Cloud
  2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
  3. Open the cluster page → Licenses tab.
  4. In the 1C Licenses block, open the Licenses tab.
  5. Select Selectel.
  6. In the license row, click .
  7. Click Delete order.
  8. Confirm license deletion.
