Manage 1C server cluster user sessions

You can manage 1C server cluster user sessions in the Control panel:

You can also manage infobase sessions — view the list of sessions for a specific infobase, terminate one or all sessions, and lock or unlock sessions.

View session list

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select 1C Cloud.

  2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.

  3. Open the cluster page → Session Management tab.

  4. View the list of sessions. For each session, the following is displayed:

    User1C username
    InfobaseName of the infobase the connection is established with
    Connection typeInfobase user type — client application, external connection, background job, web service request
    Start timeSession start time in timestamp format
    Last activityUser's last activity time
    SleepingWhether the session is in sleep mode
    Session numberSession number
    Client IP addressIP address of the client from which the connection is established
    CPU time, sec

    CPU time used:

    • Current — by the current unfinished server call;
    • 5 min — by completed server calls of the session over the last 5 minutes;
    • Total — by completed session server calls during the entire session time
    Memory consumption

    Difference in bytes between allocated and freed memory:

    • Current — by the thread executing the current call, from the start of the call execution;
    • 5 min — by threads that executed completed session calls over the last 5 minutes;
    • Total — by threads that executed completed session calls during the entire session time
    Data volume

    Volume of data transferred in completed session server calls:

    • 5 min — over the last five minutes;
    • Total — during the entire session time
    Number of calls

    Number of completed server calls for this session:

    • 5 min — over the last five minutes;
    • Total — during the entire session time
    DBMS data

    Volume of data transferred between the 1C server cluster and the database during the session:

    • 5 min — over the last five minutes;
    • Total — during the entire session time

Terminate one or all sessions

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select 1C Cloud.
  2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
  3. Open the cluster page → Session Management tab.
  4. To terminate a single session, click in the session row and confirm termination. You can find the required session by username, infobase name, or infobase ID; to do this, start entering your search phrase in the field above the session list.
  5. To terminate all sessions, click Terminate all sessions and confirm termination.
