Cloud for 1C: quick start

1. Select a 1C server cluster configuration.
2. Select a database configuration.
3. Create resources.
4. Activate licenses.
5. Set the infobase name.
6. Upload the configuration.
7. Connect to 1C.

1. Select 1C server cluster configuration

1. In the Control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Turnkey 1C Cloud.

2. Go to Infobases.

3. Click Create infobase.

4. Select Create new.

5. Enter the cluster name. It will only be displayed in the control panel.

6. Select the region and pool where the cluster will be created.

7. Select the 1C:Enterprise version. If the required version is not on the list, submit a ticket, and we will consider adding it to the list.

8. Select the cluster configuration:

   • fixed — a line of Standard or HighFreq configurations, fixed resource ratio of up to 12 vCPUs, 128 GB RAM and 1 TB of network volume capacity;
   • custom — select any resource ratio up to 12 vCPUs, 128 GB RAM and 1 TB of network volume capacity.

   The cluster uses 90% of the selected resource volume; the remaining 10% is reserved for the Apache web server, which handles web publications of info bases.

9. Click Continue.

2. Select database configuration

1. Click Create new database.

2. Enter the database name. It will only be used in the control panel.

3. Select the database configuration:

   • fixed — a line of Standard or HighFreq configurations, fixed resource ratio of up to 24 vCPUs, 208 GB RAM and 2 TB of local disk space;
   • custom — select any resource ratio up to 20 vCPUs, 256 GB RAM and 1.23 TB of local disk space.

4. Optional: to create a database replica, in the Fault tolerance block, select the Add replica checkbox. If the master node becomes unavailable, the replica will take over its role, and the database will continue operating normally.

5. Click Continue.

3. Create resources

1. In the Price block:

   1.1. Check the final cost of the selected 1C server cluster and database configurations.

   1.2. Click Create resources. Once the 1C server cluster and database statuses change to ACTIVE, the cluster and database will be ready for infobase creation.

2. Click Continue.

4. Activate licenses

One 1C server cluster requires one server license and at least one user license. You can rent licenses from us or activate your own. Temporary free licenses and 1C:Server MINI are not supported.

Rent Selectel licenses

1. In the 1C licenses block, open the Licenses tab.
2. Select Selectel.
3. Click Rent licenses.
4. Specify the number of user licenses.
5. Optional: select the Server license checkbox if the cluster does not have a server license.
6. Select the license edition.
7. Check the license price.
8. Click Create. The licenses will be activated automatically.
9. Click Continue.

Activate own licenses

If you are reactivating a license, the data must completely match what you entered during the first activation. If you are activating a license for the first time, save the data you enter—for example, take a screenshot.

To activate, you can enter the license registration data or use an activation command.

Enter registration data

1. In the 1C licenses block, open the Licenses tab.

2. Select Own licenses.

3. Click Activate license.

4. Select the activation method — Registration details.

5. Select who owns the license — Company or Individual.

6. If the license owner is a company, enter its name.

7. In the Owner data block:

   7.1. Enter the full name of the license owner — for example, the company employee responsible for 1C.

   7.2. Enter the license owner's email address. This email address can be used to obtain information about the license owner and PIN status, as well as to receive backup PINs.

8. In the Address block, specify the mailing address for paper correspondence.

9. In the License set block:

   9.1. Enter the set number (license registration number).

   9.2. Enter the PIN code. If you have already activated this license before, use the next PIN code from the set.

   9.3. If you are using the next PIN code from the set, enter the previous PIN code — the one you used during the previous activation. If you are activating the license for the first time, leave the field empty.

10. If you are activating the license for the first time, save the data you entered — for example, take a screenshot.

11. Click Activate licenses.

12. If you need to activate another license, repeat steps 1-11.

Use activation command

1. In the 1C licenses block, open the Licenses tab.

2. Select Own licenses.

3. Click Activate license.

4. Select the activation method — Activation command.

5. Enter the activation command, for example:

ring license activate --company "Selectel" --town "Saint Petersburg" --country "RU" --zip-code "196084" --street "Tsvetochnaya" --house "21" --email "1c_lic@selectel.ru" --serial "0123456789" --pin "666-777-888-999-000" --previous-pin "111-222-333-444-555"

Where:

• --company, --town, --country, --zip-code, --street, --house, --email — license owner details;
• --serial, --pin, --previous-pin — license registration details. If the license is being activated for the first time, the --previous-pin parameter is not specified.

6. Click Activate licenses.

7. If you need to activate another license, repeat steps 1-6.

8. Click Continue.

5. Set info base name

1. Enter the info base name.

2. Click Create infobase. Once the infobase status changes to ACTIVE, the infobase will be ready for uploading the configuration.

6. Upload configuration

The infobase configuration can be uploaded by the Account Owner or a user with the iam.admin role.

The upload file must be in .dt format, up to 48.8 GB. If you need to upload a file larger than 48.8 GB, submit a ticket.

Basic version configurations are not supported.

1. In the Control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Turnkey 1C Cloud.

2. Go to Infobases.

3. Open the infobase page → the Configuration tab.

4. In the Infobase upload block, select Custom infobase.

5. Upload the info base file.

6. Click Upload configuration.

7. Connect to 1C

Web client

1. Open the connection address in a browser. It can be copied in the Control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Turnkey 1C Cloud → the Infobases section → infobase page → the Connection tab → Thin client / WEB → in the Internet connection address field, click .
2. Authorize in 1C.

Thin client

1. Configure the connection to 1C.
2. If you are connecting over a private network from the Selectel infrastructure, connect to the cloud server where the thin client is installed.
3. Open the thin client.
4. Open the info base.
5. Authorize in 1C.

Thick client (configurator)

1. Configure the connection to 1C.
2. If you are connecting over a private network from the Selectel infrastructure, connect to the cloud server where the thick client is installed.
3. Open the thick client.
4. Open the info base.
5. Authorize in 1C.
