Cloud for 1C: quick start

  1. Select 1C server cluster configuration.
  2. Select database configuration.
  3. Create resources.
  4. Activate licenses.
  5. Set info base name.
  6. Upload configuration.
  7. Connect to 1C.

1. Select 1C server cluster configuration

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Cloud for 1C.

  2. Go to the Info Bases section.

  3. Click Create info base.

  4. Select Create new.

  5. Enter the cluster name. It will only be displayed in the control panel.

  6. Select the region and pool where the cluster will be created.

  7. Select 1C:Enterprise version. If the required version is not in the list, create a ticket, and we will consider adding it to the list.

  8. Select cluster configuration:

    • fixed — a line of Standard or HighFreq configurations, fixed resource ratio of up to 12 vCPUs, 128 GB RAM and 1 TB of network volume capacity;
    • custom — select any resource ratio up to 12 vCPUs, 128 GB RAM and 1 TB of network volume capacity.

    The cluster uses 90% of the selected resource volume; the remaining 10% is reserved for the Apache web server, which handles web publications of info bases.

  9. Click Continue.

2. Select database configuration

  1. Click Create new database.

  2. Enter the database name. It will only be used in the control panel.

  3. Select database configuration:

    • fixed — a line of Standard or HighFreq configurations, fixed resource ratio of up to 24 vCPUs, 208 GB RAM and 2 TB of local disk space;
    • custom — select any resource ratio up to 20 vCPUs, 256 GB RAM and 1.23 TB of local disk space.
  4. Optional: to create a database replica, in the Fault Tolerance block, select the Add replica checkbox. If the master node is unavailable, the replica will take over its role and the database will run in normal mode.

  5. Click Continue.

3. Create resources

  1. In the Price block:

    1.1. Check the final cost of the selected 1C server cluster and database configurations.

    1.2. Click Create resources. Once the statuses of the 1C server cluster and database change to ACTIVE, the cluster and database will be ready to create an info base.

  2. Click Continue.

4. Activate licenses

One 1C server cluster requires one server license and at least one user license. You can rent licenses from us or activate your own. Temporary free licenses and 1C:Server MINI are not supported.

  1. In the 1C Licenses block, open the Licenses tab.
  2. Select Selectel.
  3. Click Rent licenses.
  4. Specify the number of user licenses.
  5. Optional: check the Server license checkbox if the cluster does not have a server license.
  6. Select the license edition.
  7. Check the license price.
  8. Click Create. Licenses will be activated automatically.
  9. Click Continue.

5. Set info base name

  1. Enter the info base name.

  2. Click Create info base. Once the info base status changes to ACTIVE, the info base will be ready to upload the configuration.

6. Upload configuration

The info base configuration can be uploaded by the Account Owner or a user with the iam.admin role.

The upload file must be in .dt format, no larger than 48.8 GB. If you need to upload a file larger than 48.8 GB, create a ticket.

Basic version configurations are not supported.

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Cloud for 1C.

  2. Go to the Info Bases section.

  3. Open the info base page → Configuration tab.

  4. In the Upload info base block, select My info base.

  5. Upload the info base file.

  6. Click Upload configuration.

7. Connect to 1C

  1. Open the connection address in your browser; you can see it in the Control panel: in the top menu click Products1C Cloud → section Databases → database page → tab ConnectionThin client / WEB.
  2. Authorize in 1C.
