Maintenance window
A maintenance window is a time period during the day when automatic maintenance tasks for your 1C server cluster can be triggered.
If maintenance is scheduled for a 1C server cluster, the cluster status changes to MAINTENANCE during the maintenance window. Cluster maintenance takes up to one hour, during which the cluster operates normally and remains accessible over the network, but may be rebooted. Cluster scaling is not available during maintenance.
If maintenance cannot be performed—for example, if the cluster was in the process of scaling throughout the entire maintenance window—the maintenance task will be rescheduled for the next window.
When creating a 1C server cluster in the control panel, the maintenance window is set by default from 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM in your time zone. You can change the maintenance window for an existing cluster.
Scheduled and past maintenance can be viewed in the maintenance history.
Change the maintenance window
- In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Cloud 1C.
- Go to 1C server clusters.
- Open the cluster page → Settings tab.
- In the Maintenance window line, click .
- Select a new start time for the window. The window lasts for one hour; the window duration cannot be changed.

View maintenance history

Go to 1C server clusters.

Open the cluster page → Maintenance tab.

View the list of maintenance tasks. For each task, the following is shown:

start date and time;

tasks performed during maintenance;

unique maintenance task identifier (UUID);
