Activate 1C license

You can rent Selectel licenses or activate your own licenses. Selectel licenses will be activated automatically after ordering.One 1C server cluster requires one server license and at least one user license.

To activate your own server or user licenses, you can enter the license registration data or use the activation command.

If you activate the license again, the data must be exactly the same as you entered during the first activation. If you activate the license for the first time, save the data you entered during activation — for example, take a screenshot.

Temporary free licenses and Server MINI license are not supported.

Lease licenses

1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud
2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
3. Open the cluster page → Licenses tab.
4. In the 1C Licenses block, open the Licenses tab.
5. Select Selectel.
6. Click Lease Licenses.
7. Specify the number of user licenses.
8. Optional: Check the Server License checkbox if the cluster does not have a server license.
9. Select a license edition.
10. Check the price of the licenses.
11. Click Create. The licenses will be activated automatically.

Activate your own licenses

Enter registration data

1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud.
2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
3. Open the cluster page → Licenses tab.
4. In the 1C Licenses block, open the Licenses tab.
5. Select Proprietary licenses.
6. Click Activate License.
7. Select the activation method — Registration data.
8. Select the type of owner — company or individual.
9. If you have selected the Company owner type, enter the name of the organization.
10. Enter the full name of the license holder — for example, a company employee who is responsible for 1C.
11. Enter the email to which the PIN code will be activated. This email can be used to receive data about the license holder and PIN-code status, as well as to receive backup PIN-codes.
12. Provide a mailing address for paper correspondence.
13. Enter the kit number (license registration number).
14. Enter the PIN code. If you have already activated this license, use the following PIN code from the kit.
15. If you are using the next PIN code in the set, enter the previous PIN code — the one you used during the previous activation. If you are activating the license for the first time, leave the field blank.
16. Click Activate.

Use the activation command

1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud.

2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.

3. Open the cluster page → Licenses tab.

4. In the 1C Licenses block, open the Licenses tab.

5. Select Proprietary licenses.

6. Click Activate License.

7. Select the activation method — Activation command.

8. Enter the activation command, for example:

   ring license activate --company "Selectel" --town "Saint Petersburg" --country "РФ" --zip-code "196084" --street "Цветочная" --house "21" --email "1c_lic@selectel.ru" --serial "0123456789" --pin "666-777-888-999-000" --previous-pin "111-222-333-444-555"

   Here:

   • --company, --town, --country, --zip-code, --street, --house, --email — data of the license holder;
   • --serial, --pin, --previous-pin — license registration data. If the license is activated for the first time, the parameter --previous-pin parameter is not specified.

9. Click Activate.

Revoke Selectel's license

1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud
2. Go to the 1C Server Clusters section.
3. Open the cluster page → Licenses tab.
4. In the 1C Licenses block, open the Licenses tab.
5. Select Selectel.
6. In the license line, click .
7. Click Delete Order.
8. Confirm the removal of the license.
