Manage alerts
To see a description of all alerts, please refer to the Alarms documentation in Veeam's Alarms manual.
Enable notification
- In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, in the upper right corner, click Configuration.
- Go to the Alarms Management section. All available alarms are listed. Alerts with a gray background are disabled.
- Check the alert and click Enable.
Customize notification
- In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, in the upper right corner, click Configuration.
- Go to Alarms Management.
- Mark the alert and click Edit.
- Make the changes.
- Click Finish.
View active alerts
By default, notifications are sent to the email of Location Administrators, Company Administrators and Company Owner users.Make sure that the correct email address is specified in the user settings.
- In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, go to Monitoring → Active Alarms.
- Look at the active alerts. You can resolve or delete them.
Turn off the notification
- In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, in the upper right corner, click Configuration.
- Go to the Alarms Management section. All available alarms are listed. Alerts with a white background are enabled.
- Check the alert and click Disable.
