Manage alerts

You can view the description of all alerts in the Alarms section of the Veeam documentation.

Enable an alert

  1. In the Veeam Service Provider Console, in the top right corner, click Configuration.
  2. Go to the Alarms Management section. The list contains all available alerts. Alerts on a gray background are disabled.
  3. Select an alert and click Enable.

Configure an alert

  1. In the Veeam Service Provider Console, in the top right corner, click Configuration.
  2. Go to the Alarms Management section.
  3. Select an alert and click Edit.
  4. Make the changes.
  5. Click Finish.

View active alerts

By default, alerts are sent via email to users with the Location Administrators, Company Administrators, and Company Owner roles. Ensure that the correct email address is specified in the user settings.

  1. In the Veeam Service Provider Console, go to MonitoringActive Alarms.
  2. View active alerts. You can resolve or delete them.

Disable an alert

  1. In the Veeam Service Provider Console, in the top right corner, click Configuration.
  2. Go to the Alarms Management section. The list contains all available alerts. Alerts on a white background are enabled.
  3. Select an alert and click Disable.
