Balance

A single balance or master balance is used to pay for Cyber Backup Cloud.

You can pay for Cyber Backup Cloud with different types of funds: basic funds, bonuses.

Before ordering or setting up Cyber Backup Cloud , replenish your balance.

You can set up balance notifications and auto-replenishment to ensure that you always have enough money on your balance.

Payment Model

Cyber Backup Cloud is paid once a month. When the first paid period ends, the monthly payment will be activated. If you order the service not from the first day of the month, you pay for the number of days that remain until the end of the month.

If the service is no longer needed, disconnect the monthly payment.

You can view already paid services in the control panel: in the top menu click Billing → Services.

Blocking of resources if there is not enough money on the balance

If there is not enough money in your balance to pay for the next billing period, backup with Cyber Backup Cloud will be suspended. The data in the cloud repository will be stored for 30 calendar days. If the money is not received, all data will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

To restore access , top up your balance and pay for the service.

Prices

The cost of the service is influenced by:

  • number of Cyber Backup Cloud licenses;
  • the amount of space allocated in the cloud repository.

Traffic is not charged.
