Cyber Backup Cloud Payment Model and Prices

Use a unified balance or master balance to pay for Cyber Backup Cloud.

You can pay for Cyber Backup Cloud with different types of funds: basic funds or bonuses.

Before ordering or setting up Cyber Backup Cloud, top up your balance.

To ensure there is always enough money in your balance, you can configure balance notifications and automatic balance top-up.

Payment Model

When ordering the service, you can choose the payment model for licenses and the repository:

  • pay for each agent license and space in the repository, in which case the space in the repository is charged at a lower price;
  • or pay only for the space in the repository, but at a higher price, and receive an unlimited number of licenses.

Cyber Backup Cloud is billed once a month. When the first paid period ends, a monthly payment will be activated. If you ordered the service not from the first day of the month, you pay for the number of days remaining until the end of the month.

If the service is no longer required, disable the monthly payment.

You can view your already paid services in the control panel: in the top menu, click Billing → Services.

Block resources if there is not enough money in the balance

If there is not enough money in your balance to pay for the next billing period, backups using Cyber Backup Cloud are suspended. Data in the cloud repository will be stored for 30 calendar days. If funds are not deposited, all data will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

To restore access, top up your balance and pay for the service.

Prices

The cost of the service is influenced by:

  • the selected payment model;
  • number of Cyber Backup Cloud licenses;
  • amount of space allocated in the cloud repository.

Traffic is not charged.
