Auto-topping up the balance

Last update:

To ensure there is always enough money in your balance to pay for products and services, you can set up auto-topping up your balance from a bank card by a specific amount.

You will receive email notifications about upcoming, successful, and failed charges (for example, if there are insufficient funds on the card or a technical failure occurred at the bank).

You can set up auto-topping up your balance:

  • by schedule — topping up will occur on a specific day of the month at 12:00 Moscow time;
  • balance threshold — topping up will occur when the balance amount drops to the specified value.

To configure auto-topping up, a bank card must be saved. All auto-top-ups can use one bank card. You can connect auto-topping up for each balance:

Save a bank card

To avoid entering card details for every payment or to connect auto-topping up, you can save it. If a card is saved but auto-topping up is not enabled, funds will not be charged from the card.

To save a card when topping up the balance select the Save card checkbox. Within 10 minutes, the card will appear on the Auto-topping up the balance page in the My cards.

Selectel does not store bank card details. Data is processed by the Your Payments international processing center payment system, which uses a PCI DSS Level 1 security certificate to protect data.
