Connect Cyber Backup
1. Order services
Initial order
Repeat order

In the control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Cyber Backup Cloud.

Click Connect.

Select a service:
- if you plan to use a large number of backup agents, select the Cyber Backup Cloud (Repository) Storage of backups service in the required region – agent licenses will be unlimited, and the repository space will be billed;
- if the number of agents is small, select the Cyber Backup Cloud (Devices) service for the required device — each license and storage volume will be billed. The storage price will be lower than for the Cyber Backup Cloud (Repository).

If you selected the Cyber Backup Cloud (Repository) Storage of backups service, specify the storage volume.

If you selected the Cyber Backup Cloud (Devices) service for the required device:
5.1. Specify the number of licenses.
5.2. Select a region for storing backups.
5.3. Specify the storage volume.

Click Order. We will connect the service and send the connection details in a ticket.
2. Download agent
- Log in to the Cyber Backup panel with the credentials we sent in the ticket.
- Go to the Devices section.
- Click + Add.
- Select the device type. If you want to protect an Active Directory, MS SQL, or MS Exchange server, select the device in the Applications block, and choose Windows OS.
- Wait for the agent installation file to download to the device.
- If you downloaded the installation file to the wrong device, move the file to the required device.
3. Install agent

Run the installation file on the machine you want to back up.

Click Install. Wait for the agent to install.

Click Register machine. You will be redirected to the Cyber Backup panel. The registration code will be entered automatically. You can view the registration code later using the following command:

In the Register to get an account field, select an account.

Select your account and click Check code → Confirm registration.

Optional: if you closed the agent, you can add the code manually in the Devices → Add → Registration by code → Register.
4. Create a protection plan
Create a new plan
Apply an existing plan
- In the Cyber Backup panel, go to the Devices → All devices section.
- Select the machines for which you want to create a protection plan.
- Click Protect → Create a plan.
- Optional: change the plan name.
- Configure the protection and backup plan settings. The actual execution of the protection plan may be delayed by up to 30 minutes due to load balancing.
- If you need to protect an Active Directory, MS SQL, or MS Exchange server, click Application backup, turn on the toggle, and click OK.
- Click Create.
