Balance Status Notifications

Notifications can only be set up for balance sheet fixed assets. They are sent even if the this balance has bonuses.

Notifications are being plugged in:

If you have multiple users in your account, you can set up balance notifications to be sent to them by subscribing them to notifications from the Balance and Payments category.

If it's more convenient for you to receive notifications in messenger, you can connect notifications in Telegram.

When activating the notification, take into account that when topping up from a bank account, the payment may be delayed in processing by the bank. The balance should be sufficient for the services to work while the payment is being processed. If the funds take a long time to arrive, speed up the replenishment — create a ticket and attach a payment order with the bank's mark of execution.

Principle of operation

When you activate a notification, a threshold amount and notification frequency are set for the notification. When the fixed assets on your balance becomes less than the threshold amount, you will start receiving notifications by email. Notifications will come at a set frequency, for example, every three hours.

When notifications are automatically connected:

  • threshold amount — the amount for seven days of the service, calculated based on your current consumption. If your consumption rises sharply, you may run out of money sooner;
  • notification frequency — every hour.

When you change an automatically connected notification or connect a notification manually, you specify the threshold amount and frequency of notifications for it yourself.
