Auto top-up

In order to always have enough money on your balance to pay for products and services, you can set up auto-replenishment of your balance from your bank card for a certain amount.

Notifications about upcoming, successful and unsuccessful debits (for example, there is not enough money on the card or there was a technical failure at the bank) will be sent to your e-mail.

You can set up autofill:

  • scheduled — replenishment will take place on a certain day of the month;
  • by balance threshold — replenishment will take place when the amount on the balance decreases to the specified value.

There must be a save-bank-card to set up autofill. All autofills can use a single bank card. Enable auto replenishment can be enabled for each balance:

  • for balances by service types it is possible to connect one replenishment by schedule and one by balance threshold;
  • for united balance it is possible to connect several scheduled replenishments and one by balance threshold.

Save Bankcard

To avoid entering card details every time you make a payment or enable auto-fill, you can save it. If the card is saved, but autofill is not connected, the money will not be debited from the card.

To save the card at top-up-balance, check the Save Card checkbox. Within 10 minutes, the card will appear on the Auto Top Up page in the My Cards block.

Selectel does not store bank card data. The data is processed by the payment system of Your Payments international processing center, which uses PCI DSS Level 1 security certificate to protect the data.
