Manage the private segment of the pool

In private pool segments, an administrator or account owner can create private flavors.Such flavors can be used to create cloud servers in private pool segments in all projects.

Create a private flavor

  1. In the Dashboard, on the top menu, click Products and select Cloud Servers.

  2. Go to Servers → Private Pool Management tab.

  3. Click Create Flavor.

  4. Specify the number of vCPUs and the size of RAM.

  5. Optional: If local disks are available in the private pool, check the Local SSD NVMe disk checkbox to use the local disk as the boot disk.

  6. Optional: select GPU if GPUs are available in the private pool.

  7. Specify the number of video cards.

  8. Click Create Flavor.

Delete the flavor

If you delete the flavor, you will not be able to recreate the cloud server that was created from that flavor.

  1. In the Dashboard, on the top menu, click Products and select Cloud Servers.

  2. Go to Servers → Private Pool Management tab.

  3. In the flavor bar, click .

  4. Enter the name of the flavor.

  5. Click Delete.
