Example of setting up data synchronization between 1C information bases

Synchronization of data between information databases will reduce the time to work with documents and reduce the number of errors when working with them.

Synchronization must be set up in each program with which data will be exchanged.

Example of synchronization settings for 1C:ZUP 8 and 1C:BP 8 programs

  1. Set up synchronization in the 1C:ZUP 8 program.
  2. Set up synchronization in the 1C:BP 8 program.

Before you start setting up, we recommend making backups of the information databases and making sure you are using up-to-date versions of the programs.

1. Set up synchronization in the 1C:ZUP 8 program

  1. In the 1C:Payroll and Personnel Management 8 program, go to the Administration section.

  2. Click Data Synchronization.

  3. Check the Synchronize data checkbox.

  4. Tap Data synchronization settings.

  5. Click Create.

  6. Click Enterprise Accounting ed 3. Exchange using the Enterprise Data universal exchange format.

  7. Configure the connection settings:

    7.1 Click Configure Connection Settings.

    7.2. Select the connection option — Connect to another program via the Internet.

    7.3 Click Next.

    7.4. In the Program Address field, insert a link to connect to 1C:

    • if the information base is located in the same cluster of 1C servers, insert a link of the form:

      http://127.0.0.1:8080/<infobase-name>

      Here <infobase-name> is the name of the information base that is used on the web server, it can be viewed in the control panel: in the top menu click ProductsReady Cloud 1C → section Information bases → information base page → Connection tab → Thin Client block → the last part of the link in the line Connection address from the Internet;

    • if the information base is located on another cluster of 1C servers or on a third-party site, copy the link in the control panel: in the top menu, click ProductsReady 1C Cloud → section Information bases → information base card.

    7.5 Enter the name of the database user to be used for connection.

    7.6 Enter the password for the database user. If no password is set for the user, leave this field blank.

    7.7 Click Next.

    7.8 Optionally: enter a name and prefix for the infromation bases.

    7.9. Click Next.

  8. Configure the rules for sending and receiving data:

    8.1 Click Configure rules for sending and receiving data.

    8.2 Check the required rules for sending and receiving data.

    8.3 Click Record and close.

  9. Perform the initial data load:

    9.1 Click Perform initial data upload.

    9.2 Wait until the data upload is complete.

  10. Click Finish.

2. Set up synchronization in the 1C:BP 8 program

  1. In the 1C:Accounting 8 program, go to the Administration section.

  2. Click Data Synchronization.

  3. Tap Data synchronization settings.

  4. Click Salary and Personnel Management, Revision 3.

  5. Configure the rules for sending and receiving data:

    5.1 Click Configure rules for sending and receiving data.

    5.2 Check the required rules for sending and receiving data.

    5.3 Click Record and close.

  6. Perform data mapping and uploading:

    6.1 Click Perform Data Matching and Download.

    6.2 Verify that the data is correctly matched.

    6.3 Click Next.

    6.4 Wait until the data upload is complete.

    6.5 Click Finish.

  7. Perform the initial data load:

    7.1 Click Perform initial data upload.

    7.2 Wait until the data upload is complete.

  8. Click Finish.
