Example of setting up data synchronization between 1C information bases
Data synchronization between information bases will save time on document processing and reduce the number of errors when working with them.

You must configure synchronization in each program that will exchange data.
Example of setting up synchronization for 1C:ZUP 8 and 1C:BP 8 programs
Before starting the setup, we recommend backing up your information bases and ensuring you are using the latest versions of the programs.
1. Set up synchronization in the 1C:ZUP 8 program

In the 1C:Zarplata i upravlenie personalom 8 program, go to the Administration section.

Click Data synchronization.

Select the Data synchronization checkbox.

Click Data synchronization settings.

Click Create.

Click Accounting edition 3. Exchange using the universal "Enterprise Data" exchange format.

Configure the connection parameters:
7.1. Click Configure connection parameters.
7.2. Select the connection option — Connect to another program via the Internet.
7.3. Click Next.
7.4. In the Program address field, paste the link for connecting to 1C:

if the information base is in the same 1C server cluster, paste a link in the following format:
http://127.0.0.1:8080/<infobase-name>Here
<infobase-name>is the infobase name used on the web server; it can be viewed in the Control Panel: in the top menu click Products → 1C Cloud → Infobases section → infobase page → Connection tab → Thin Client block → the last part of the link in the Connection URL from the Internet; -
if the information base is on a different 1C server cluster or a third-party site, copy the link in the Control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Managed 1C Cloud → Information bases section → information base card.
7.5. Enter the database username that will be used for the connection.
7.6. Enter the database user password. If no password is set for the user, leave this field empty.
7.7. Click Next.
7.8. Optional: enter the name and prefix for the information bases.
7.9. Click Next.

Configure the rules for sending and receiving data:
8.1. Click Configure data sending and receiving rules.
8.2. Select the necessary rules for sending and receiving data.
8.3. Click Post and close.

Perform the initial data import:
9.1. Click Perform initial data export.
9.2. Wait for the data export to finish.

Click Done.
2. Set up synchronization in the 1C:BP 8 program

In the 1C:Bukhgalteriya 8 program, go to the Administration section.

Click Data synchronization.

Click Data synchronization settings.

Click Zarplata i upravlenie personalom, edition 3.

Configure the rules for sending and receiving data:
5.1. Click Configure data sending and receiving rules.
5.2. Select the necessary rules for sending and receiving data.
5.3. Click Post and close.

Perform data mapping and import:
6.1. Click Perform data mapping and import.
6.2. Ensure the data mapping is correct.
6.3. Click Next.
6.4. Wait for the data export to finish.
6.5. Click Done.

Perform the initial data import:
7.1. Click Perform initial data export.
7.2. Wait for the data export to finish.
