Spend the reward

Remuneration is received on the referral balance every month not later than on the 15th day of the month. To spend the reward, it must be withdrawn from the referral balance.

For your information

Users with specific roles, which depend on the type of account, can withdraw rewards from the referral balance:

  • in a personal account, only the Account Owner;
  • in a business account - Account Owner and users with roles member (in the Account access area ) and billing.

You can withdraw the reward from the referral balance in two ways:

Transfer to account balance

Personal income tax will be withheld from the amount you transfer to your account balance. Any remuneration is recognized as income and is subject to personal income tax (PIT). The tax is calculated on a progressive scale - the tax rate depends on the amount of income for the calendar year. The referral balance shows the amount before personal income tax is deducted.

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Billing.

  2. Go to Affiliate ProgramOverview.

  3. Click Transfer to primary balance.

  4. Enter the amount of the transfer. Personal income tax will be deducted from this amount. The minimum transfer amount is 100 ₽ (before personal income tax).

  5. If you have unsigned acts, check the box Confirm signing of affiliate program acts using PEP.

    A check mark confirms your agreement with the acts of the partner program. The documents will be signed with a simple electronic signature (PES). It will be generated automatically based on the user ID and technical data of the session. Electronic documents that are signed with a PES are legally equivalent to paper documents with a handwritten signature.

  6. Click Transfer. The reward will be credited to the account balance as fixed assets.

Withdraw to current account

  1. Create a request to withdraw the reward.
  2. If you are a legal entity or sole proprietorship, submit original reporting documents via EDI or mail.

The remuneration will be credited to the current account in 5-7 banking days after receipt of the documents.

1. Create an application for withdrawal of remuneration

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Billing.

  2. Go to Affiliate ProgramOverview.

  3. Click Withdraw funds to current account.

  4. Enter the amount to be transferred to the current account. Personal income tax will be deducted from this amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 ₽ (before personal income tax).

  5. If you have unsigned acts, check the box Confirm signing of affiliate program acts using PEP.

    A check mark confirms your agreement with the acts of the partner program. The documents will be signed with a simple electronic signature (PES). It will be generated automatically based on the user ID and technical data of the current session. Electronic documents that are signed with a PES are legally equivalent to paper documents with a handwritten signature.

  6. Download the withdrawal application template from the link in the After Submitting Application block.

  7. Click Submit Request. A ticket will be automatically created.

  8. Complete, sign and scan the withdrawal application.

  9. In the ticket that was created after submitting the application in step 7, attach a scan copy of the withdrawal request.

2. Submit original documents via EDI or by mail

  1. Download the acts of the affiliate program:

    1.1 In the control panel, in the top menu, click Billing.

    1.2 Go to Affiliate ProgramDocuments.

    1.3 Download all acts that you have not previously signed and sent.

  2. Prepare the documents for shipment:

    2.1.If you have acts of rendered services, in the header in the No. field indicate the number according to accounting or "b/n" if no accounting of documents is kept.

    2.2.If the acts are signed by someone other than the Account Holder, prepare a power of attorney for the signatory. If you have already submitted a power of attorney, you do not need to submit it again during the validity period.

    2.3.If you are a sole proprietorship and operate without a seal, prepare a notice of the absence of a seal for the sole proprietorship.

    2.4.If you pay VAT and have not sent invoices, prepare these documents.

    2.5.If you send original documents by post, put your handwritten signature, signature deciphering and wet stamp on all documents. When sending documents via EDI, the signature and seal are automatically affixed - there is no need to sign the documents manually.

  3. Send the prepared documents by the method of your choice:

    • via EDI (only for documents for the period after July 2024) - an electronic signature will be required;
    • or by mail to Selectel's registered office: 21 Tsvetnaya St., Lit. A, St. Petersburg, 196006. Indicate "Selectel JSC" as the recipient and make a note "To the Customer Settlement Group Department" - you can attach a sticker or mark it on the envelope.

    The power of attorney for the signatory and the notice of absence of the IP stamp can be attached to the ticket as scanned copies or sent along with other documents via EDI or mail.
