General information about the Partner Program

Selectel has a partner program. You can become a partner and attract new clients—referrals. If a client registers in the Control Panel via your referral link, you will receive remuneration —a percentage of the amount the referral spends on services each month. A referral for whom remuneration has been accrued at least once is considered active.

To spend your reward, you can transfer it to your account balance or withdraw funds to a current account.

For some services, remuneration is not accrued. Joining the partner program and spending remuneration is available to the Account Owner and users with roles member (in the Account access scope) and billing.

Partner Program rules

The Partner must join the Partner program before the referral.

The referral period for a partner via a referral link is unlimited. A referral may be detached from a partner if the Client Acquisition Rules or the terms of the Partner Program Participation Agreement have been violated.

Reward amount

You will receive remuneration every month as long as your referral pays for Selectel products. For services used and paid for by your referral in the current month, we will accrue your remuneration by the 15th of the following month.

If you attracted a referral after September 1, 2023, your reward percentage depends on the amount the referral spent:

  • 15% — if the referral spent more than 1,000,000 ₽ per month;
  • 10% — 1,000,000 ₽ or less per month.

If a referral uses services but pays for them with a delay, rewards will be paid later — in the month following the payment.

If you attracted a referral before September 1, 2023, the reward percentage does not depend on the amount of paid services and is 9%.

Rewards are not accrued

  • if the referral paid for products or services but has not yet used them;

  • if the referral used products or services but has not yet paid for them;

  • for discounted products and services;

  • for products and services paid for with bonuses;

  • for products and services provided based on partner solutions:

  • for services related to hardware rental:

    • provision of non-switched transit communication channels, as well as monitoring and maintenance of leased communication channels;
    • rental of optical fibers and their technical maintenance;

  • for colocation of server racks, including additional services;

  • for registration and renewal of domains.
