Connect two-factor authentication

  1. Create a ticket. In the ticket, inform that you want to activate the service Two-Factor Authentication based on Multifactor solution. Specify:

    • number of licenses for system users (from five licenses);
    • tariff - Standard or Advanced. The extended tariff includes Telegram chat with technical support, a personal manager, personalization of the mobile app, and more;
    • whether a single sign-on (SSO) connection is required;
    • Name, phone number and corporate email of the administrator who will have access to the Multifactor system.
  2. Wait for a Selectel employee to respond that the service has been activated.

  3. Wait for an email to the email address you specified in the ticket at step 1. The email will contain a link to register in myAlpari and instructions on how to set up two-factor authentication.

  4. Register using the link in your personal cabinet within 25 minutes after receiving the email.If you are unable to register within 25 minutes, please write to the ticket.We will send an email with a new link for registration.
