Connect two-factor authentication

  1. Create a ticket. In the ticket, inform that you want to activate the service Two-Factor Authentication based on Multifactor solution. Specify:

    • number of licenses for system users (from five licenses);
    • tariff - Standard or Advanced. The extended tariff includes Telegram chat with technical support, personal manager, personalization of the mobile application, etc...;
    • whether a single sign-on (SSO) connection is required;
    • Name, phone number and corporate email of the administrator who will have access to the Multifactor system.
  2. Wait for a Selectel employee to respond that the service has been activated.

  3. Wait for an email to the specified email address. The email will contain a link to register in your personal cabinet and instructions on how to set up two-factor authentication.

  4. Register using the link in your personal cabinet within 25 minutes after receiving the e-mail. If you are unable to register within 25 minutes, please write to the ticket. We will send an e-mail with a new link for registration.
