Disable Multifactor two-factor authentication

You can cancel the service at any time. The service will continue to work until the end of the paid month, regardless of the date the cancellation ticket is created. Fees for unused days of the month are not refundable.

  1. Create a ticket. In the ticket, state that you want to disable the Multifactor two-factor authentication service.

  2. Wait for a Selectel employee to confirm that the service has been disabled.
