Ready-made 1C cloud: quick start

  1. Select a 1C server cluster configuration.
  2. Select the database configuration.
  3. Create resources.
  4. Activate licenses.
  5. Specify the name of the information base.
  6. Download the configuration.
  7. Connect to 1C.

1. Select 1C server cluster configuration

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products1C Ready CloudInformation Databases section.

  2. Click Create Information Base.

  3. Select Create New.

  4. Enter a name for the cluster. It will only appear in the control panel.

  5. In the Region and Pool fields, select the region and pool where the cluster will be created.

  6. Select the 1C:Enterprise version. If the required version is not in the list, create a ticket and we will consider adding it to the list.

  7. Select a cluster configuration:

    • fixed — a line of Standard or HighFreq configurations, fixed resource ratio of up to 12 vCPUs, 128GB RAM and 1TB of network disk capacity;
    • arbitrary — select any resource ratio up to 12 vCPUs, 128 GB RAM and 1 TB of network disk capacity.

    90% of the selected amount of RAM is used to run the cluster, the remaining 10% is reserved for the Apache web server, which is responsible for serving web publishing of information bases.

  8. Click Continue.

2. Select the database configuration

  1. Click Create New Base.

  2. Enter a name for the database. It will only be used in the control panel.

  3. Select the database configuration:

    • fixed — a line of Standard or HighFreq configurations, fixed resource ratio of up to 24 vCPUs, 208 GB RAM and 2 TB of local disk capacity;
    • arbitrary — select any resource ratio up to 20 vCPUs, 256 GB RAM and 1.23 TB of local disk space.
  4. Optional: To create a database replica, in the Fault Tolerance block, select the Add replica checkbox . If the master node is unavailable, the replica will take over its role and the database will operate normally.

  5. Click Continue.

3. Create resources

  1. In the Price block:

    1.1 Check the total cost of the selected 1C server cluster and database configurations.

    1.2 Click Create Resources. When the statuses of the 1C server cluster and database change to ACTIVE, the cluster and database are ready to create the information base.

  2. Click Continue.

4. Activate licenses

One 1C server cluster requires one server license and at least one user license. You can rent licenses from us or activate your own licenses. Temporary free licenses and Server MINI license are not supported.

  1. In the License Rental block, click Create Application.
  2. If you need user licenses, specify the number of user licenses.
  3. If you need a server license, check the Server License checkbox.
  4. Select the license edition — PROF or CORP.
  5. Select the required 1C configurations.
  6. Click Create Request. We will create a ticket to specify the details and activate licenses on your cluster on working days from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.
  7. Click Continue.

5. Set the name of the information base

  1. Enter the name of the information base.

  2. Click Create Information Database. When the status of the information database changes to ACTIVE, the information database is ready to load the configuration.

6. Download the configuration

The file to upload must be in .dt format, no larger than 5 GB. If you need to upload a file larger than 5 GB, create a ticket.

Base version configurations are not supported.

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products1C Ready CloudInformation Databases section.

  2. Open the Information Base page → Configuration tab.

  3. In the Upload Information Base block, select Own Information Base.

  4. Download the information base file.

  5. Click Upload Configuration.

7. Connect to 1C

  1. Open the connection address in the browser, you can view it in the control panel: in the top menu click ProductsReady Cloud 1C → section Information bases → information base page → Connection tab → Thin client / WEB block .
  2. Authorize 1C.
