Legal documents

The Dedicated Server service is provided on the basis of legal documents:

• user agreement;
• terms of use for individual services: provision of a dedicated server and a custom configuration dedicated server.

Accounting documents

When using the service, you can obtain several types of accounting documents. Accounting documents are generated within five business days of the month following the reporting one. Immediately after generation, copies of the certificate of completion and tax invoice appear in the control panel.

You can obtain hard copies of documents:

• via electronic document management (EDM);
• by Russian Post.
