Legal documents
Provision of the service Dedicated Server Rental is based on legal documents:
- user agreement;
- terms of use of individual services: provision of dedicated server and dedicated server of custom configuration.
Reporting documents
When using the service, you can get several types of accounting documents. Reporting documents are generated within five working days of the month following the reporting month. Immediately after generation, copies of the statement of work and invoice appear in control panel.
To obtain the original documents you can:
- c by means of electronic document management (EDM);
- by Russian mail.
