Disable a dedicated server

If not disableed by the last day of the paid period, the server and its additional services are automatically renewed and continue to be billed. You can only get a refund for full unused months. For more information, see Terms of Use of Selected Services: Provision of Dedicated Server and Dedicated Server of Arbitrary Configuration.

  1. In Control Panel, go to Servers and Hardware → Servers.
  2. In the list, find the card of the server you want to cancel.
  3. From the menu ( ) of the server card, select Cancel Server Lease.
  4. When the paid period expires, the server will be removed from your server list in control panel. Data on the server will also be deleted: HDD disks will be overwritten with zeros, and SSD (SATA and NVMe) disks will run Secure Erase, a built-in wiping function.
