Release notes in dedicated servers

now VLAN for private network is not allocated if only one dedicated server is ordered on the account;
now, when assigning a public dedicated IP address to a server, the list of subnets displays subnets with at least one free IP address. The list of all networks and addresses can be viewed in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Dedicated Servers → Network;
now when assigning a public dedicated IP address to a server, only the subnets available for this service are displayed in the subnet list. For example, the subnet for a hosted server will not be displayed in the list of available subnets for a dedicated server;
