Create an information base

In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select 1C Ready Cloud.

Go to the Information Bases section.

Click Create Information Base.

Go through the steps to set it up:
1C server cluster
You can choose an existing 1C server cluster or create a new one.
Existing cluster
New cluster

Select the region and pool where the 1C server cluster is located.

Select the 1C server cluster from the list.

Click Continue.

Enter a name for the cluster. It will only appear in the control panel.

Select the region and pool where the 1C server cluster will be created.

Select the 1C:Enterprise version. If the required version is not in the list, create a ticket and we will consider adding it to the list.

Select a cluster configuration:
- fixed — a line of Standard or HighFreq configurations, fixed resource ratio of up to 12 vCPUs, 128GB RAM and 1TB of network disk capacity;
- arbitrary — select any resource ratio up to 12 vCPUs, 128 GB RAM and 1 TB of network disk capacity.
90% of the selected amount of RAM is used to run the cluster, the remaining 10% is reserved for the Apache web server, which is responsible for serving web publishing of information bases.

Click Continue.
Database
You can select an existing database or create a new one.

Select a database from the list.

Click Continue.

Enter a name for the database. It will only be used in the control panel.

Select the database configuration:
- fixed — a line of Standard or HighFreq configurations, fixed resource ratio of up to 24 vCPUs, 208 GB RAM and 2 TB of local disk capacity;
- arbitrary — select any resource ratio up to 20 vCPUs, 256 GB RAM and 1.23 TB of local disk space.

Optional: To create a database replica, in the Fault Tolerance block, select the Add replica checkbox . If the master node is unavailable, the replica will take over its role and the database will operate normally.

Click Continue.
Resource Creation

If you created new resources when you created the information base, in the Price block:
1.1.Check the price of new resources.1.2.If you have created:
- only a new cluster of 1C servers, click Create Cluster;
- only a new database, click Create Database;
- new 1C server cluster and a new database, click Create Resources.

Wait until all resources have an
ACTIVE
status. -
Click Continue.
Licenses
You can activate your own licenses or create a request to rent licenses. Licenses can be activated and ordered after creating an information base according to the Activate 1C license instruction.
One 1C server cluster requires one server license and at least one user license.Temporary free licenses and Server MINI license are not supported.

In the License Rental block, click Create Application.

Specify the number of user licenses.

If you need a server license, check the Server License checkbox.

Select the license edition.

Check the required 1C configurations.

Click Create Request. We will create a ticket to specify the details and activate licenses on your cluster on working days from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.

Click Continue.
If you activate the license again, the data must be exactly the same as you entered during the first activation.
To activate, you can enter the license registration data or use the activation command.

In the License Activation block, click Activate License.

Select the activation method Registration data.

Select whether the license holder is a Company or an Individual.

If the license holder is a company, enter the company name.

In the Owner Data block:
5.1.Enter the name of the license holder — for example, a company employee responsible for 1C.
5.2.Enter the license holder's email address. This email can be used to receive data about the license holder and PIN-codes status, as well as to receive backup PIN-codes.

In the Address box, enter the mailing address for paper correspondence.

In the License Set block:
7.1 Enter the kit number (license registration number).
7.2.Enter the PIN code. If you have already activated this license before, use the following PIN code from the kit.
7.3 If you are using the next PIN code from the set, enter the previous PIN code — the one you used during the previous activation. If you are activating the license for the first time, leave the field blank.

If you activate a license for the first time, save the data you entered — for example, take a screenshot.

Click Activate licenses.

If you need to activate another license, repeat steps 1-9.

Click Continue.

In the License Activation block, click Activate License.

Select the activation method Activation command.

Enter the activation command, for example:

Name of the IS
- Enter the name of the information base.
- Click Create Information Base.
