Manage the operation of a cluster of 1C servers

You can control the operation of the 1C server cluster: turn off and turn on.

Shut down the cluster

When shutting down the cluster, all systems will shut down correctly, power will be turned off.

If the cluster does not respond within a fixed time, it will be stopped forcibly — unsaved data may then be lost.

If the 1C server cluster is shut down, all computing resources of the cloud platform on which it is deployed: vCPU, RAM, disks, continue to be paid. Read more about cloud-ready 1C payment model.

  1. In Control Panel, go to Prepared 1C Cloud1C Server Clusters.
  2. From the cluster menu, select Disable. The cluster and the information bases running on it will move to the STOPPED status.

Enable cluster

  1. In Control Panel, go to Prepared 1C Cloud1C Server Clusters.
  2. From the cluster menu, select Enable. The cluster and the information bases running on it will move to the `ACTIVE' status.
