Restore the information base from a backup copy
It is impossible to restore from a backup to the original information base, you need to create a new information base and upload the backup to it.
- In Control Panel, go to Prepared Cloud 1C → Information Databases.
- Click Create Information Base.
- Enter the name of the information base. It will only be used in the control panel.
- Optional: change the public name. This name is used to form an external reference to the base. The public name is automatically transliterated to Latin from the internal name. May include letters, numbers, and hyphens.
- Select the 1C server cluster. Only clusters with
ACTIVE
status are available for selection, the cluster status can be viewed in control panel → section Prepared 1C Cloud → 1C Server Clusters. - Select the SQL database. Only databases in
ACTIVE
status are available for selection, the database status can be viewed in control panel → section Prepared Cloud 1C → Databases. - Click Create Information Base. Wait until the status of the information base changes to
ACTIVE
. - In Control Panel, go to Prepared Cloud 1C → Information Databases.
- Open the page of the desired base → Configuration tab.
- In the Load 1C Configuration box, select Redundant Copy.
- Select the information base, a copy of which you want to restore.
- Select the backup to restore. Only backups with
AVAILABLE
status are available for selection, the status of the backup can be viewed in control panel → section Prepared Cloud 1C → Information bases → information base page → Backup copies tab. - Press Restore.
