Ready-made 1C cloud: quick start

  1. Create cluster.
  2. Activate license.
  3. Create database.
  4. Create an information base.
  5. Upload 1C:Enterprise application solution.
  6. Connect to 1C.

1. Create a cluster

  1. In Control Panel, go to Prepared 1C Cloud1C Server Clusters.
  2. Click Create Cluster.
  3. Enter the name of the cluster. It will only appear in the control panel.
  4. Select a cluster configuration from the prebuilt resource sets: number of virtual virtual CPU cores (vCPU), memory (RAM), and local disk size.
  5. Select the 1C:Enterprise version. The list of available versions will be expanding. If you need a specific version, create a ticket and we'll look into adding it to the list.
  6. Click Create Cluster. Wait for the cluster status to change to ACTIVE.
  7. Optional: if you want to rent 1C licenses from us, create a ticket.

2. Activate license

You can activate 1C server and user software licenses. You can use your own licenses or rent them from us, to rent licenses create a ticket and specify the required quantity. One 1C server cluster requires one server license and at least one user license.

If you activate the license again, the data must be exactly the same as you entered during the first activation. If you activate a license for the first time, save the data you enter during activation — for example, take a screenshot.

  1. In Control Panel, go to Prepared 1C Cloud1C Server Clusters.
  2. Open the cluster page → Licenses tab.
  3. Click Activate License.
  4. Enter the kit number (license registration number).
  5. Enter the PIN code. If you have already activated this license, use the following PIN code from the kit.
  6. If you use the next PIN code in the set, enter the previous PIN code — the one you used during the previous activation. If you are activating the license for the first time, leave the field blank.
  7. Select the type of owner — company or individual.
  8. If you have selected the Company owner view, enter the name of the organization.
  9. Enter the full name of the license holder — for example, a company employee responsible for 1C.
  10. Enter the email to which the PIN code will be activated. This email will be used to retrieve data about the license holder and PIN status, and to retrieve backup PINs.
  11. Enter any address you use as a mailing address.
  12. Press Activate.

3. Create a database

  1. In Control Panel, go to Prepared Cloud 1CDatabases.
  2. Click Create Database.
  3. Enter the name of the database. It will only be used in the control panel.
  4. Select the database configuration from the ready-made resource sets: number of virtual virtual CPU cores (vCPU), memory (RAM), and local disk size.
  5. Optional: to back up the database, check the Add Replica checkbox. In case the master node is unavailable, the replica will take over its role and the cluster will operate normally.
  6. Click Create Database. Wait for the status of the base to change to ACTIVE.

4. Create an information base

  1. In Control Panel, go to Prepared Cloud 1CInformation Databases.
  2. Click Create Information Base.
  3. Enter the name of the information base. It will only be used in the control panel.
  4. Optional: change the public name. This name is used to form an external reference to the base. The public name is automatically transliterated to Latin from the internal name. May include letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  5. Select a 1C server cluster. Only clusters in ACTIVE status are available for selection.
  6. Select the SQL database. Only databases in ACTIVE status are available for selection.
  7. Click Create Information Base. Wait until the status of the information base changes to ACTIVE.

5. Download 1C:Enterprise application solution

  1. In Control Panel, go to Prepared Cloud 1CInformation Databases.
  2. Open the page of the desired base → Configuration tab.
  3. In the Upload 1C Configuration block, select Your Configuration and upload the file. The file must be in `.dt' format, no more than 5 GB. If you need to upload a file larger than 5GB, create a ticket.
  4. Click Download Configuration. The database from the file will be loaded into the database you selected when create information base.

6. Connect to 1C

  1. In Control Panel, go to Prepared Cloud 1CInformation Databases.
  2. In the database row, copy the link to the database.
  3. Open your browser and click on the copied link.
  4. Authorize 1C.
