Payment model and prices of 1C cloud ready solution

Balance

The balance used depends on the type of balances in the account. If your account has united-balance, the fee for 1C cloud ready, including license rentals, is deducted from it. If you have balances-by-service-type in your account, your cloud platform computing resource fees are deducted from your cloud platform balance and your 1C license rental fees are deducted from your primary balance.

You can pay for the ready-made 1C cloud with different types of funds: basic funds, bonuses or VC bonuses.

Before paying top-up balance.

Payment Model

In a cloud ready 1C pay-as-you-go environment:

  • computing resources of the cloud platform — configuration of 1C server cluster, configuration of PostgreSQL database cluster, volume of created backups of information bases;
  • 1C server and user licenses if you lease them from us.

The cloud platform's computing resources are paid for using a pay-as-you-go payment model. The balance is debited each hour for the previous hour of computing resources. All compute resources created are paid for even if you turn off the 1C server cluster.

1C licenses are paid monthly according to the tariff plan. From the day of license activation the first paid month starts, then the fee is automatically deducted at the beginning of each following month.

Internal and external traffic is not charged.

Blocking resources if there are insufficient funds on the balance

If there are insufficient funds in the balance at the time of debit, all computing resources of the cloud platform will be automatically blocked — while continuing to be charged for them.

To regain access to resources, you must top-up by the amount owed within 14 days of blocking. The debt for resources that were charged during the blocking period will be automatically repaid. Cloud platform projects are not locked — you can delete the entire project or resources via API.

If you don't top up the balance by the amount owed, the resources will be deleted:

  • 1C server clusters and database clusters — 14 days after blocking;
  • backup copies of information bases — 30 days after blocking.

Cloud Platform Projects will not be deleted.

To ensure that you don't miss balance refills, you can set up balance notifications.

View consumption

You can view your infrastructure cost, consumption and compute resource charges in dashboard under Cloud PlatformPlatform Consumption.

Current value

Present value is the amount of money that the current cloud infrastructure configuration consumes per month, day, or hour.

The current cost can be viewed in dashboard under Cloud PlatformPlatform ConsumptionCurrent Cost tab. You can see the cost of specific projects, computing resources, or pools.

Infrastructure cost data is updated every hour. In the dashboard, they are displayed 5-35 minutes later than the actual change in infrastructure and its cost. Recently deleted compute resources can continue to be displayed in the dashboard until the next data update. In this case, resources are no longer charged from the next hour after deletion.

Consumption and payment schedules

Graphs of consumption and payment of computing resources can be viewed in dashboard under Cloud PlatformPlatform ConsumptionExpense Graph tab.

You can see the consumption and payment of specific projects, computing resources or pools, and sort them by time period.

All resource locks are displayed on consumption charts and payment charts (Consumed and Paid tabs).
