View the status of a web resource

Beta testing of the Web Resources service has been completed. The service will be phased out in 2026:

• Since February 13, creation of new resources is unavailable;
• DDoS protection will stop working on March 13. You can activate DDoS protection for a fee.

1. In the Dashboard, on the top menu, click Products and select Web Resources.

2. In the web resource line, look at the status. If the resource is stuck in one of the statuses, create a ticket.

   CREATING	A web resource is created
   ACTIVE	The web resource is up and running and available for modification
   UPDATING	The web resource is updated after changes are made
   ERROR	An error occurred in the work of the web resource. To fix the error, create a ticket
   DELETING	The web resource is being deleted
   DELETE_ERROR	An error occurred while deleting a web resource. To delete a resource, create a ticket
