Get an application solution

If you lease 1C user licenses from us, you can get standard 1C application solutions (configurations) free of charge. One application solution is available for each leased user license, but no more than five solutions per account.

  1. If you do not already have an account on the ITS portal, register on the portal.
  2. Create a ticket requesting an application solution.
  3. Download the application solution.

1. Register on the 1C:ITS portal

  1. Go to the 1C:ITS new user registration form.
  2. Enter login.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Enter email.
  5. Enter your details — full name, place of work, city and phone number.
  6. Enter the verification code.
  7. Check the box I agree to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement.
  8. Click Sign Up.
  9. Verify the data and click Save.
  10. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you specified during registration. Follow the link from the email to complete your registration.

2. Create a ticket to request an application solution

  1. Check that the profile details — company details, telephone number and e-mail address — are filled in. For individuals, the TIN must be specified. We will need this data to register the application solution for you or your company.

  2. Create a ticket and specify:

    • the right application solutions;
    • login and email from the 1C:ITS portal.

If the required application solutions are available, we will register them and notify you in a ticket. Registration takes up to seven working days.

3. Download the application solution

  1. Go to the 1C:Updates service.
  2. Authorize. You will see a list of all 1C software products available to you.
  3. To download the application solution, click the value in the Version Number field.

After registration you will be able to use 1C services for free, for example, 1C:Nomenclature and 1C:Reconciliation. For a list of available services, see the Services section in  your personal cabinet on the 1C:ITS portal.
