Get an application solution
If you lease 1C user licenses from us, you can get standard 1C application solutions (configurations) free of charge. One application solution is available for each leased user license, but no more than five solutions per account.
- If you do not have an account on the ITS portal yet, log in.
- Create a ticket requesting an application solution.
- Download the application solution.
Register on the 1C:ITS portal
- Go to the new user registration form 1C:ITS.
- Enter login.
- Enter your password.
- Enter email.
- Enter your details — full name, place of work, city and phone number.
- Enter the verification code.
- Check the box I agree to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement.
- Click Sign up.
- Check the data and press Save.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you specified during registration. Follow the link from the email to complete your registration.
Create a ticket to request an application solution

Check that the account has been filled out profile data — company details, telephone number and e-mail address. For individuals, a TIN must be provided. We will need this data to register the application solution for you or your company.

Create a ticket and specify:
- the right application solutions;
- login and email from the 1C:ITS portal.
If the required application solutions are available, we will register them and notify you in a ticket. Registration takes up to seven working days.
Download the application solution
- Go to the service 1C:Updates.
- Authorize. You will see a list of all 1C software products available to you.
- To download the application solution, click on the value in the field Version number.
After registration you will be able to use 1C services for free, for example, 1C:Nomenclature and 1C:Reconciliation. For a list of available services, see personal cabinet on the 1C:ITS portal under Services.
