Get an application solution

If you lease 1C user licenses from us, you can get 1C standard application solutions (configurations) for free. One application solution is available per leased user license, but no more than five solutions per account.

  1. If you do not already have an account on the ITS portal, register on the portal.
  2. Create a ticket requesting an application solution.
  3. Download application solution.

1. Register on the 1C:ITS portal

  1. Go to the new user registration form 1C:ITS.
  2. Enter login.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Enter email.
  5. Enter your details — full name, place of work, city and phone number.
  6. Enter the verification code.
  7. Check the box I agree to the terms of the User Agreement.
  8. Click Register.
  9. Check the data and click Save.
  10. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided during registration. Follow the link from the email to complete your registration.

2. Create a ticket to request an application solution

  1. Check that profile data — company details, phone number and email address are filled in the account. For individuals, a TIN must be provided. We will need this data to register the application solution for you or your company.

  2. Create a ticket and specify:

    • the right application solutions;
    • login and email from the 1C:ITS portal.

If the required application solutions are available, we will register them and notify you in the ticket. Registration takes up to seven business days.

3. Download the application solution

  1. Go to the 1C:Updates service.
  2. Authorize. You will see a list of all 1C software products available to you.
  3. To download the application solution, click on the value in the Version Number field.

After registration you will be able to use 1C services for free, for example, 1C:Nomenclature and 1C:Reconciliation. For the list of available services, see personal cabinet on the 1C:ITS portal in the Services section.
