Change profile data

An account profile contains information about the account and the user.

The information that will be listed in your profile is what you provide when you register. After registering, you can add to or change your profile information. The data set and its changes depend on account type and user role:

To change service user data and user roles, use the Change user data and roles instructions.

Change company details

To change the TIN/VAT, register a new account with a different TIN/VAT and transfer services to it. After migrating services delete old account.

Without signing up for a new account, you can change:

  • the name and shape of the company;
  • registered office;
  • OGRN;
  • CHECKPOINT.

To change this data, create a ticket.

Users with the roles Account Owner, Account Administrator, Billing Administrator, User Administrator, and Project Administrator can submit a data change request.

Change your phone number and e-mail address

If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner — they should remove you from the user list and add a new user with the correct details.

The account holder can request the support team to change their phone number and email address via a ticket. If access to the control panel is not available, restore access.

  1. Create a ticket.
  2. Select the subject of the appeal: Account and Contract.
  3. We will send you a confirmation code to verify the authenticity of your request.
  4. Once verified, we will update the data.

Change Name

If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner, they should remove you from the user list and add a new user with the correct details.

You can only change the Account Owner's full name if there is a spelling error or if the Account Owner's full name has changed.

The ability to change the Account Owner depends on the account type — see the Change User Data and Role instructions for details on changing the Account Owner.

  1. Create a ticket.
  2. Select the subject of the appeal: Account and Contract.
  3. Attach a copy of your passport spread with personal data or a certificate of change of name or surname.
