Product Description Ready 1C Cloud

Ready 1C cloud — cloud infrastructure prepared for working with 1C program in client-server mode.

The product supports user types and roles and projects.

How Ready Cloud 1C works

The ready-made cloud utilizes cloud platform resources and includes:

  • ready-to-work 1C cloud server cluster, which hosts 1C application server and web server. Fixed cloud server configurations are available Standard Line and arbitrary configurations;
  • ready-to-work cloud database cluster based on PostgreSQL DBMS for 1C 14.9, which stores data of information bases. Fixed configurations of node lines are provided Standard and HighFreq and arbitrary configurations.

The infrastructure is accessed in client-server mode — remotely via the Internet or a private network. You can work with the 1C program in the ready-made cloud via a web client, thin client and thick client (configurator), see the instructions for more details Connect to 1C.

1C licenses

To work with 1C in a ready-made cloud you need to activate 1C server and user licenses.

Temporary free licenses and Server MINI license are not supported.

You can use your own licenses or rent them from us, PROF and CORP licenses are available for rent. To rent licenses, file a ticket.

Application solutions

To work in the ready-made 1C cloud, you can upload your application solution (configuration) in the following format .dt. Base version configurations are not supported.

If you rent from us 1C licenses you can do it for free. obtain generic application solutions.

Backup

In the ready-made 1C cloud, backup of information bases is supported. The backup copies are stored using Selectel object storage.

Read more about backing up in the instructions Manage backups of the information base.

Scaling

The resources of a ready-made 1C cloud can be scaled — for example, increase vCPU and RAM to improve performance. The process of changing the configuration depends on the availability of replicas. Configuration change time depends on the amount of data in the cluster.

Read more about scaling in the instructions Scale up a cluster of 1C servers and Scale the database.

Areas of responsibility

Selectel provides

  • high availability of resources;
  • automatic installation and configuration of DBMS and 1C platform;
  • Database reliability and fault tolerance — if you are building a fault-tolerant database, we will provide failover in case of failure;
  • automatic creation and storage of backups;
  • secure data storage in accordance with the requirements of the 152-FZ;
  • integration with other Selectel products and services;
  • Ability to scale resources;
  • technical support.

Selectel is not responsible for

  • for connecting to the database correctly;
  • optimality of writing database queries;
  • the schema and structure of the data in the database;
  • initiating cluster scaling;
  • correct operation of the 1C application solution.

The administration of your projects in the 1C cloud is your responsibility. Instructions on how to work with 1C can be found at 1C documentation.

If you need help with administration, order a service Service administration.
